Voters across Florida and the United States are heading to their polling place today for Election Day 2024. Results will be rolling in throughout the night and beyond but residents are already asking who it leading or who is winning the election.

In 2020, Michigan's presidential race was called within 24 hours of polls closing. This year, clerks could tabulate absentee ballots before Tuesday.

The polls close at 8 p.m. for most of the state and that means results will be reported soon after. That includes batches of early and absentee ballots, as well election day results.
