In a wild tirade to another person inside Queens Criminal Court, a now-former paralegal with the Queens district attorney’s office outlined his plan to use explosives on migrants living at a shelter next to his apartment.

The employee was fired from his job and pleaded not guilty in court, according to the district attorney’s office.

The employee, Derek Klever, told a witness that he was fed up with migrants partying at the shelter across from his apartment, according to court documents. “This is a war,” he said.
