A Blue Alert has been issued for a man wanted in the involvement in the killing or serious injury of a law enforcement officer in Memphis.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the alert was issued for Seth Altman, 33, of Memphis, for "the killing or serious injury of an officer" in Hall County, which sits in the panhandle, just southeast of Amarillo.

The governor is offering a $10,000 reward for info on Seth Altman, now a Texas top 10 fugitive, who is accused of shooting the Memphis police chief.
