Another house in Rodanthe has collapsed into the ocean on the Outer Banks, temporarily closing off access to the beach.

The Cape Hatteras National Seashore said the unoccupied house collapsed at 23241 Surf Side Drive in Rodanthe, North Carolina. This is the seventh house to fall this year and the 11th house in the last four years. The last house fell on Sept. 24 and it was the third within a week. The other homes fell in March, May and August.

The Atlantic Ocean swallowed another unoccupied beach house Friday on North Carolina’s Cape Hatteras National Seashore.
