Prince William has gone on an early-morning nature walk near South Africa’s Table Mountain to promote the work of conservation rangers in a unique urban national park.

Prince William has visited Signal Hill in Cape Town, South Africa, as part of his efforts to highlight biodiversity conservation. The Prince of Wales met with rangers, conservationists, and other experts to discuss the importance of protecting the unique ecosystem in Table Mountain National Park.

Prince William has joined Australian wildlife conservationist Robert Irwin, the son of the late Steve Irwin, for a mountain ramble during the royal's tour of South Africa.
