Report: Former Gophers coach Tim Brewster named interim coach at Charlotte
Former Minnesota Golden Gophers head football coach Tim Brewster is reportedly leading another program. According to NBC Sports, the Charlotte 49ers on Monday fired head coach Biff Poggi and named Brewster the interim coach. Brewster, 64, was the associate head coach and tight ends coach this season.
