Mahindra & Mahindra announced its entry into the electric small commercial vehicle segment on Thursday with the launch of the ZEO electric four-wheeler. Targeted at last-mile mobility solutions, the ZEO is priced at ₹7.

Mahindra Last Mile Mobility has launched the Mahindra Zeo electric small commercial vehicle (e-SCV) in the less than 2-ton category, at a starting price of Rs 7.52 lakh (ex-showroom). The company claimed that customers can save up to Rs 7 lakh more in seven years with the Zeo in comparison to a similar diesel model.

Mahindra opened the bookings for the Thar Roxx on 3 October at 11 am. The carmaker has now announced that the five-door SUV has garnered 1,76,218 bookings in one hour.

Bookings for the Mahindra Thar Roxx are now open, with deliveries starting on October 12. Prices range from ₹12.99 lakh to ₹22.49 lakh.
