HAMPTON — The Norfolk State women’s basketball team got back in the win column Saturday night with a victory over Hampton in the Battle of the Bay. The Spartans improved to 4-1 with their 67-58 victory and stretched their winning streak over the Pirates to four games. It was the first win for Norfolk State at Convocation Center since 2015.
