Glover was the first Black main to serve as main anchor at Houston, Texas, news station ABC13, where he worked on camera for eight years.

Chauncy Glover, a former ABC 13 Houston anchor and most recently an anchor at KCBS and KCAL in Los Angeles, has died at the age of 39, according to a report from KABC Los Angeles. His cause of death has not been released.
