Treyarch is implementing a massive change to the core foundation of how Call of Duty is played with a brand new movement system.

The Black Ops 6 multiplayer beta concluded earlier this month, ahead of the game’s release on October 25. And in a blog post on Tuesday, Treyarch highlighted some key areas of the game it’s updating over the next month based on in-game data and user feedback.

Developer Treyarch has announced a list of changes coming to Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 following its multiplayer beta period. The game will be fully released on October 25, 2024.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is going to be unique in a certain aspect, and it’s the very first time in the franchise is ever, and that is the Omni-movement. It was already teased previously that the game will have an overhaul change in its movement mechanics. And Omni-movement is the result of it. So, actually, what is this?

Activision has announced all the changes coming to Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Multiplayer based on feedback to the recent beta. Black Ops 6, due out October 25, has Multiplayer developed by Treyarch, with the Campaign developed by Warzone developer Raven.

Now that a few weeks have passed since the Black Ops 6 beta ended, Treyarch has published a post on the Call of Duty blog to detail all the changes coming to the multiplayer based on all the data gathered.

Black Ops 6's record breaking-beta has led to player feedback on spawns, weapons, and gameplay performance that Treyarch says has been addressed prior to the game's launch on October 25.
