New England Patriots legend Ty Law has been impressed with how rookie quarterback Drake Maye has captained the offense through his first five NFL starts. The North Carolina product has recorded 954 passing yards, seven touchdowns and five interceptions on the season. He has also showcased his scrambling ability with 233 rushing yards on the year.

The New England Patriots appear to have a future superstar quarterback in rookie signal caller and No. 3 overall pick Drake Maye. He has already shown the flashes of massive potential that the franchise saw in him ahead of the draft.

Patriots HC Jerod Mayo elected to kick an extra point instead of going for two and the win against the Titans this past Sunday after Maye completed a highlight-reel touchdown pass on the final play of regulation.
