Colleagues and patients are remembering a doctor who was shot and killed over the weekend in Barrington. The Lake County Coroner’s Office said 42-year-old Olga Duchon of Vernon Hills died from a gunshot wound to the chest.

Around 5:40 p.m. Sunday, officers were dispatched to the 400 block of West Russell Street and found a 42-year-old woman who suffered an apparent gunshot wound, Barrington police said.
