Riders were trapped mid-air for almost three hours at a major California theme park as fire crews battle to rescue the group. Around 20 people boarded the Sol Spin ride at Southern California's Knott's Berry Farm shortly before 2pm before when it suddenly experienced technical difficulties and stopped mid-air.
