The president-elect of the United States, Donald Trump, has nominated former Republican congressman, Sean Duffy, as the next US transportation secretary.

If approved, Duffy would oversee a complex system of pipelines, railroads, cars, trucks, airlines and mass transit systems, as well as funding for highways.
